What is Executive Coaching?
My coaching approach is confidential, personalised, and flexible, allowing you to access your personal resources, improve your performance, and become more effective in your role. The process revolves around engaging one-to-one conversations, where I listen attentively, ask insightful questions, and sometimes challenge your thinking. I also provide meaningful and focused feedback. Importantly, the agenda is set by you, and the aim is to foster palpable change and actionable results.
Throughout our coaching relationship, you will find a safe space to explore your ideas, issues, or strategies. Together, we will clarify your thinking, build your confidence, and support you in formulating goals and the means to achieve them. As a professional, I uphold the highest standards of ethical behaviour and comply with the EMCC Global Code of Ethics for Coaches and Mentors.
When and how coaching can help
Leadership coaching can be helpful for all levels and situations, including:

How does it work?
Once you decide to arrange coaching with me, we will schedule our sessions together. While the timing and frequency of coaching are built around your needs, I typically recommend a coaching package of 3 to 6 sessions, each lasting 90 minutes.
Most of our executive coaching takes place online, providing flexibility and convenience. If you're interested in in-person sessions, please don't hesitate to reach out though face-to-face coaching is only offered locally in East Anglia or in London.
First
First, it is helpful to keep the initial sessions close together, ideally within a few weeks.
Next
Next, the third session, usually a month later, offers a chance for reflection on your progress and the opportunity to explore other issues, setting longer-term and sometimes new goals.
Finally
Finally, subsequent sessions will continue to be available online, typically conducted via Teams or Zoom, ensuring you have access to ongoing support wherever you are.
