What is Executive Coaching?
I offer coaching services designed to meet your specific needs. Coaching may be provided as part of a leadership or management development programme or on a bespoke one- to one basis.
My coaching is confidential, personalised and flexible enabling you to access your personal resources, improve your performance and become more effective. The process is built around one-to-one discussions during which I will listen carefully, ask questions and sometimes challenge you. I will also provide meaningful and focused feedback. The agenda is set by you and the aim is to work towards palpable change and action. Our coaching relationship will be confidential and provide a safe space to explore your ideas, issues, problems or strategies with the aim of clarifying your thinking, building your confidence and supporting you to formulate goals and the means of achieving them.

As a professional, I will set highest standards of professional and ethical behaviour and will at all times comply with the EMCC Global Code of Ethics for Coaches and Mentors.

COACHING
How Does It Work?
Once you have made the decision to arrange coaching with us, sessions will be scheduled. Whilst the timing and frequency of coaching is something to discuss with the coach, we normally find that a coaching package of 2 to 3 sessions, each lasting 90 minutes works well in most circumstances.
FIRST
It is helpful if the first couple of sessions are no more than a few weeks apart and at least one of these sessions is on a face- to -face basis.
NEXT
The third session then provides an opportunity for reflection on progress and setting of longer term, and sometimes, new goals.
FINALLY
Later sessions, if more convenient can be conducted over the phone, Skype or other videoconferencing facility.
