Unlock Your Leadership Potential

At Dialogue for Success, we help executives enhance leadership, communication, and decision-making to drive lasting success.

I am an experienced coach who supports leaders to enhance their abilities to deal with change, challenges and become more effective in their roles. I aim to inspire, encourage, and build confidence and resilience through my approaches to coaching. I bring a track record of senior leadership success in higher education (including 13 years as Deputy Vice Chancellor), to my coaching relationships, along with current knowledge of the higher education sector. I understand the challenges of senior leadership roles and draw on personal experiences of leading transformational change and innovation, dealing with challenging situations and people, team building, improving communication and supporting career development and transition.
